Overview
Each module uses the same people, customers and projects. Hours, expenses and sales connect to the right project and customer, and to your accounting system, without re-entering anything.

Modules
01 · people
Organisation hierarchy with departments and offices, and an org chart. Employee profiles hold job title, position percentage, standard hours, billable-hours target and bonus rate. Payroll details are stored encrypted.
02 · time
Hours against customers, projects and hierarchical project codes, with project and week views. Entries keep their local time zone, so travel doesn't scramble timesheets.
03 · projects
Projects and sub-projects of any depth, project-code templates, team members, monthly running costs and earnings per project. A project map shows the whole portfolio. Internal projects track cost separately from billable work.
04 · expenses
Multi-receipt intake with prefill suggestions, split VAT rates and recurring expenses. Work trips calculate mileage and per diem from Norwegian state rates. Reports export as PDF with receipts.
05 · invoicing
Confirmed hours and sales collect on one draft invoice per customer. Sent invoices are locked, so nothing is billed twice, and internal time is never invoiced.
06 · customers
Customer status, contacts with encrypted personal details and GDPR export and erasure, and contract documents with AI summaries and expiry warnings.
07 · inventory
Suppliers and a product catalogue with cost price and markup, serial-numbered units per customer, and support agreements with expiry. Sales go on the customer's draft invoice.
08 · insight
Revenue, billable and non-billable hours, internal project cost, and workload against capacity per person, with public holidays for 18 countries.
Integrations
Chrona connects to your ERP system through a shared integration framework, so each new accounting system plugs into the same flow.
